February 2026 Update - Team Calendar, Notifications, and Organization Hierarchy
Here’s what’s new since the late January update.
π Team Calendar
A new team calendar view is now available for managers and HR specialists to visualize time-off requests across their team:
- Timeline View: See team member absences displayed on an interactive calendar timeline
- RBAC Filtering: The calendar automatically shows only employees you have permission to view
- Quick Approval: Approve or reject pending time-off requests directly from the calendar
- Extended Access: All users with time-off permissions can now access the team calendar for their scope

π Time-Off Notifications
Managers now receive notifications for time-off workflow events:
- Approval Requests: Get notified when an employee submits a time-off request requiring your approval
- Reminders: Receive reminders for pending requests that haven’t been actioned
Notifications appear in the notification bell in the top navigation bar.
π’ Organization Hierarchy View
The organization units page now offers two viewing modes:
- Hierarchy View: Visual tree structure showing parent-child relationships with expand/collapse controls
- List View: Enhanced with new columns for parent unit and manager
- Quick Navigation: “View Employees” action to jump directly to employees filtered by that unit
- Toggle Views: Switch between hierarchy and list views using the view control buttons
π Visma Organisation Master Integration
New integration with Visma Organisation Master (VOM) for organizations using Visma solutions:
- Automatic Sync: Organization structure, units, and employees sync automatically
- Legal Entity Mapping: Workspace legal unit IDs are configured automatically
- Webhook Support: Real-time updates when changes occur in VOM
π€ Improved Import/Export
Several enhancements to workspace data management:
- PII Anonymization: Export workspace data with personal information anonymized for testing or demo purposes
- Selective Export: Choose which data entities to include in your export
- Real-Time Progress: Live progress updates during import and export operations using Server-Sent Events
- Better Error Handling: Clearer error messages and improved resilience during data operations
β° Scheduled Time-Off Usage
Time-off requests with scheduled usage now have automatic deduction:
- Automatic Processing: Scheduled time-off usage is deducted automatically on the planned date
- Background Job: A daily job processes all scheduled deductions
- Usage Confirmation: Deductions are recorded with proper audit trails

Enhanced reliability for Silkeborg HR integration:
- Duplicate Prevention: Automatic detection and prevention of duplicate employee records
- Mandatory Field Validation: Clear validation errors when required fields are missing
- Simplified Configuration: Feed URL is now configured automatically from workspace settings
