Mandatory Break
The Mandatory Break constraint is meant to require a minimum break once an employee has worked for a given time without stopping — for example 30 minutes after 6 hours.
This constraint is not enforced yet. You can add it to a work time policy and save its settings, but mTime does not check any day against it: no warning appears on the timesheet and submission is never blocked.
When to use
For now, only to record the intended break rule on the policy. If what you need is to deduct an unpaid break from worked time, use the Lunch Deduction auto-registration plugin instead — that one is in effect.
