Terms of Service
The terms under which TIMEmSYSTEM ApS provides the mTIME service.

These Public Terms of Service govern the general access to and use of the mTIME software application (the “Solution”) provided by TIMEmSYSTEM ApS (CVR: 32 78 38 99, Gærtorvet 3, 1799 København V, Denmark).
1. Background & Scope
TIMEmSYSTEM ApS provides the mTIME time registration and workforce management solution. Access to and use of the Solution via web browsers, mobile applications, or integrated endpoints is subject to these Terms of Service. Individual organizational customer subscriptions are further governed by separate Master Service Agreements (Abonnementsaftale).
2. License & Acceptable Use
Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, time-limited right to use the Solution for legitimate business time tracking and administrative purposes in accordance with their organization’s subscription.
When accessing or using the Solution, users and customer entities agree not to:
- Resell, sublicense, lease, copy, or distribute access to the Solution to unauthorized third parties.
- Bypass, alter, or breach any security, login, or access control mechanisms.
- Translate, decompile, or reverse engineer the Solution’s source code.
- Upload illegal data or utilize the service in a manner that infringes upon third-party rights or applicable laws.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All copyright, intellectual property, software source/object code, business concepts, documentation, and trademarks associated with mTIME belong exclusively to TIMEmSYSTEM ApS and its licensors.
The customer retains full rights and ownership over all data added to the Solution by its users. TIMEmSYSTEM ApS does not claim ownership of user-submitted data.
4. Service Availability & Maintenance
The Solution is continuously developed and supplied in its current operational version. TIMEmSYSTEM ApS reserves the right to perform routine system updates, enhancements, and maintenance to maintain security and performance.
5. Data Protection & Privacy
Personal data uploaded to or processed within the Solution is managed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) between the customer and TIMEmSYSTEM ApS, and our public Privacy Policy.
