Onboarding tour
A guided tour that introduces new users to the main areas of the application.
Overview
The first time you sign in, an interactive tour walks you through the key parts of the interface:
- Welcome — a brief introduction to the application
- Sidebar navigation — how to move between main sections
- Time tracking — where to register and view your work time
- Quick search — how to find anything quickly with the command menu
- Notifications — where to check updates and pending actions
- AI assistant — how to ask questions or perform tasks using the assistant
Each step highlights the relevant area of the screen and explains what it does.
Skipping or pausing the tour
- Click the close button (×) in the corner of a step to pause the tour at any point
- The assistant panel then shows that you have an unfinished tour: click Continue Tour to pick it up where you left off, or close the notice to skip the rest
- If you close the browser mid-tour, you can resume it later from the assistant panel
Restart the tour
To revisit the tour later:
The tour replays from the beginning.
On mobile devices the tour adapts to the phone layout — it highlights the bottom navigation instead of the sidebar and finishes at the AI assistant button.
